Hello Everyone,

I hope you have been staying warm with the cold weather we have been experiencing lately.  This week, our Art and World History Students had the opportunity to visit the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.  Our Broadcasting Club also had the opportunity to visit PEG TV in preparation for our Public Broadcasting Project in collaboration with the Pawtucket Park and Recreation Department.

This week, our student also started Mid Year Exams.  We will continue with exams next week as follows:

Dismissal time on exam days will be at 11:15am. Lunches will be served daily.  Student must exist the building at 11:15am unless they are staying with a teacher for extra help or make-ups.  Students cannot hang around the building unsupervised.  Also note that Out-of-District Buses will pick up students at 12:00pm on Exam Days.

Semester Two will begin on Friday, January 19th.  We will have a short 20 minute Advisory on the 19th to distribute new schedules.

The Winter Ball, sponsored by the Senior Class, will be on Friday, January 19th from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at LeFoyer.  The cost is $25.00 per ticket.  Students interested in attending should see Mr. Marchetti for tickets.

The Music Ensemble Class will be hosting a special event:  MUSICAL REVUE on Wednesday, January 24th at 6:00pm at the JMW Auditorium.  The cost is $7.00 for students and $10.00 for regular admission.  It will be a spectacular night filled with entertainment for all ages.  Please see Mr. Beauregard for tickets!

CCAP is providing JMW with Driver’s Ed.
