MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

A Message from the Director...

Hello Everyone,

It has been an exciting week at JMW.  Our students were featured on NBC 10 Sunrise on Friday morning.  The video link is below for your perusal.  Special thanks to Mr. Marchetti and Mr. Beauregard for putting that together.

Also on Friday Night, was JMW's First Homecoming Dinner Dance.  Congratulations to Elyssa Cipriano and Kate Hanson for receiving the Distinguished Artist Awards.  Special thanks to Adam Genest, representing the Alumni, and our PTO parents, Melodye Broadley, Stephanie Baxter and Ben Mayers who helped organize the event.  Special thanks also goes out to Patrick Dow, Mark Fisher, Jason Marchetti, our student performers and all those who attended.  It was a wonderful evening with past and current students and faculty.  Former Director, Mr. John Haedemenos, also joined us for a night where we celebrated the many successes of JMW through the years. Congratulations also goes to our Homecoming Court Royalty: Jose Hernandez for Visual Art; Enrique Gomez for Music, Keyline Moreno for Dance and Nia Polanco for Theater.

On Tuesday, November 21st, JMW will be hosting our Open House for Prospective New Students and their Families.  If you know of someone interested in Music, Visual Art, Theater, Dance, Video & Film Production and/or Fashion Merchandising, then send them our way.  We are adding two new majors, Video & Film and Fashion Merchandising.  There are great things happening for JMW in the next year.  This is the time to get on board this fabulous journey!

Until Next Week,

R.Pimentel, JMW Director
